The purpose of the present research was methodological substantiation of new approaches to organization of physical education of children and teenagers with deviant behavior.
 
Insufficient effectiveness of physical education of schoolchildren is caused by its focus on training to pass control standards and increase of physical qualities: muscle work, velocity, endurance, flexibility, agility et al. Herewith such acute aspects of physical culture as formation of motivation to achievement of optimal parameters of motor activity; increase of culture of movements, gestures, speech; acquiring of skills of independent selection and performance of physical exercises to improve health indices; organization of active rest; introduction to regular sports classes are underestimated.
 
Nowadays recognition of sports phenomenon as the common world cultural value is determined by creation of the system of scientific knowledge on technologies of physical perfection and human spiritual and moral development. There is solved the problem of realization of psychophysiological body resources, correction of morphofunctional parameters; filling the process of teaching children and teenagers with new contents.
 
Thus solution of the task of prevention and elimination of child's and teenaged delinquencies, asocial behavior of pupils of comprehensive and specialized school; allocation and elimination of the given negative social phenomenon is especially acute.
 
The results of pedagogical experiment proved that children and teenagers with deviant behavior cannot be left without attention. Representing the risk group deviant teenagers can be introduced into criminal activity by asocial elements. The values of physical culture and sport are very attractive and its use promotes realization of transformative, developing and stabilizing functions. Organization and creation of psychological and pedagogical environment for training effect for deviant children and teenagers are to be a state and social case.
