Increase of effectiveness of educational-training process of 14-16-year-old tennis players based on view of their individual-psychological features and technical-tactical preparedness

Nowadays a lot of works are devoted to the problem of individualization of training, but the authors mainly only state the necessity of individual approach to athletes, indicate advisability of individual classes for representatives of both cyclic and situational sports, subject exercises for independent occupations.
Herewith usually single parameters of athlete's individual training are allocated.
The purpose of the present research was to analyze individual training as a system.
Proceeding from the data received there were made suggestions on specification of the system of individualization of the training process including a set of exercises on the ground, bringing the training process to competitive, by the training wall and out of sports trainings, in everyday life.
The research results and practical recommendations are introduced in the individual card that is used to track the fitness dynamics of a junior tennis player and specify the contents of his trainings.
