The purpose of the present research was to consider the technique of execution and methods of using deadlift at rehabilitation of the handicapped with consequences of infantile cerebral paralysis.
 
General preparatory exercises for back and leg muscles, stretching of posterior ground of leg muscles and hip abductors can be used as additional exercises directly for press.
 
It is possible to master carefully walk with one cane ( with obligatory arm change) and independent walk in the end of training and free from training days with normalization of free vertical stand by biomechanical structure, muscle power, leg supportability and stable balance in compliance with objective (instrumental) indices and mental readiness.
 
For objective (instrumental) estimation of leg supportability and balance stability in a free vertical stand barefoot an under graphic research on the Extra-Comfort platform can be used along with posturographic examination (Romberg's test). Muscle potential and energy capacities are determined in the anthropological examination.
