Key words: junior athletes, coordination, physiological indices.

The purpose of the present research was to determine the physiological index of effectiveness of locomotor coordination in junior athletes and sensitive period of formation of coordination.

The worked in MSAPC coefficient of effectiveness of locomotor coordination at longitudinal studies promotes examination of one or two teams of junior footballers 15-20 persons each.

The worked on the faculty of physiology coefficient of effectiveness of locomotor coordination is based on comparison of heart rate levels at two types of usual cyclic movement with different levels of coordinating organization of cerebral activity - step-test and veloergometry.

Individual correction of increase of the amount of loads was proved to be limited by the highest value of PWC170, when considerable growth of the coefficient of effectiveness of locomotor coordination occurs. Herewith it is necessary to take into account that mature, experienced football players have higher controlled values of PWC170 than younger ones.
