Common methods of prevention and treatment not always take into account age and individual features of children, their mood, features of development of muscular-ligamentous apparatus, motor activity and accompanying scoliosis deformations of musculoskeletal system. Thus there exists a necessity of improvement of the technique of conducting remedial classes.

The subjected integrated technique of prevention and correction of scoliosis in schoolchildren promotes increase of effectiveness of remedial-preventive process.

The purpose of the present research was to work and experimentally substantiate the integrated technique of remedial exercises for schoolchildren with the first and second degree scoliosis in view of their age, individual features and accompanying deformations of musculoskeletal system.

The research methods included questionnaire, conducted by the card of myofascial diagnostics of schoolchild by the S.M. Bubnovsky's method, study of children's case follow-up records; motor test to determine static endurance of back muscles and static endurance of abdominal muscles; spirometry; allocation of back strength; dynamometry.

Thus the subjected technique has principal basics of integrated differentiated technique of remedial classes in view of age and individual features of schoolchildren and accompanying most wide-spread defects of musculoskeletal system. The researchers have proved effectiveness of the differentiated approach in remedial practice of children with the first and second degree scoliosis.
