The purpose of the present research was to work a technology of formation of the motivational component of teacher's professional readiness for healthsaving activity in view of the synergetic approach.
 
The conceptual basics included the ideas of pedagogical synergetics; mechanisms of formation of new motives; model of constructive change of teacher's behavior and integrated procedural motivation theory. The technology includes both integrated knowledge and synergetic method of management and organization of the process of teacher's professional-personal development in the context of health saving.
 
The technology of formation of the motivational component of the teacher's professional readiness for health-saving activity worked by the researchers represents a three-component construction (information-motivational, affective and action stages). Herewith the first two stages take place in the period of education on the advanced courses. The third stage (the after-course period) requires involvement of teachers in the quoted type of activity in the educational institution, creation of conditions of emotional and material attractiveness of the activity that can be represented in the form of the program of motivation of teachers to health saving.
