The purpose of the present research was to substantiate the contents and normative base for estimation of physical health while conducting monitoring of pupils from special medical group.
 
Nowadays the allocated parameters and evaluation standards laid the basis of the worked software presupposed for processing the data of monitoring observations and creation of database on the state of physical health of pupils from special medical group.
 
The experimental examination in a number of schools of the Sverdlovsk region revealed that monitoring with the suggested set of indices and evaluation standards rendered a stimulating effect and promoted substantial improvement of the state of physical health of pupils from special medical group.
