The purpose of the present research was theoretical and experimental substantiation of the contents and organization of physical education of junior schoolchildren from special medical group based on the use of intellectual and motor means.

Effectiveness of the subjected pedagogical model of physical education of junior schoolchildren is caused by the combination of organizational-pedagogical conditions and requirements meant to provide for the expected positive result at its realization; new approach to the use of means and methods of physical education; rational combination of traditional and active forms of classes; setting of correlation of teacher of physical culture and parents of the pupils; increase of the number of classes of physical exercises to optimum; directed to formation of intellectual and motor-coordinating qualities.

The subjected model of organization of the educational process on physical culture with junior schoolchildren from special medical group proved its advisability and effectiveness; its use promotes improvement of the quality of physical education of junior schoolchildren.

The substantial preconditions of such a conclusion are first of all positive dynamics of the attitude of pupils from the experimental group to educational and independent motor activity, increased level of theoretical knowledge and motivational-value orientations in the field of sport and health-improving activity and finally substantial increase of the data of physical preparedness and state of health that exceeded the same indices in pupils of the control group in most of parameters.
