The model of formation of leadership qualities of students of institute of physical culture within vocational training

The vocational training process in an institute of physical culture (IPC) is long-term and complicated, made of a number of correlated parts such as training of elite teacher of physical culture, training of leaders in mass physical education and sports and fitness activities.
 
Training of experts in physical culture, leaders, on the one hand, is fully focused on elite sport and management for its mission is to train experts satisfying the model characteristics of top managers. It is the key measure of efficiency of work of the student training system. Directing towards it, requirements are established students are to satisfy at all phases of the long-term training. On the other hand, the process of IPC student training is closely related to comprehensive schools, secondary specialized educational institutions and other organizations involved in mass fitness and sports activities.
 
The purpose of the study was to design the model of formation of leadership qualities in IPC students in their career.
 
The level of development of leadership qualities among IPC students is to be checked by means of psychological diagnostics. The list of leadership qualities should be the same as at the initial diagnostics.
 
The comparison of the results of the initial and repeated diagnostics revealed efficiency of the process of formation of leadership qualities in IPC students and needs further correction.
