Key words: adolescents, task performance, physical work capacity, vital capacity.

The purpose of the study was to compare the specific effect of different motor programs on the functional status of pupils of the lyceum of physics and mathematics at the classes of physical culture with advanced study of different sports specializations.

The present paper was devoted to the analysis of the effect of different physical loadings at physical education classes with differentiated study of different specializations on task performance of the pupils of the Moscow lyceum of physics and mathematics.

The allocated specific features of the psychohysiological test are shown in better task performance in accordance with the URA test data in the ones involved in swimming and volleyball.

Another conclusion is more rapid development of fatigue among the ones engaged in body building when performing the 10-letter test and the growing speed test URA. The somatotype of the ones engaged in body building is subject to quick changes compared to subjects of other groups, shown in significant muscle gains and decrease of the quality of task performance after a year of trainings.
