The purpose of the present research was to study the capacities of sport as an environment facilitating formation of motivational orientation of athlete's subject attitude and ways of realization of these capacities in the teen age.
 
Teenaged athletes, like their coevals not going in for sport, have a specific dynamics in formation of the motivational profile in view of educational environment (sports, educative), hampering formation of personality subject attitude, complicating socialization, personal and vocational self-determination, which is especially notable in females of handball and national rowing specializations.
 
Sport is of multidirectional effect on athletes' personality development and formation of their relations with adults (family, trainer). The positive side of the effect of sports classes is athletes' advantage over the ones who not exercise on development of personality subject features, making athletes active in arranging their course of life. The negative side of effects of sports classes is the provoked by competition and brutality of communication environment normative development of relationships with essential others.
 
Based in theoretical ideas on the main directions of mental development in the teen age and specifics of sports activity, success of sports career in conditions of early professionalization can be planned on different stages of their training. In view of the allocated motivational orientations of personality subject features, a system of psychological support of athletes in conditions of early professionalization can be created by accumulating personality resources to provide for full-value realization, developing potential of sports career.
