The purpose of the present research was to work and approve the technology of conducting sport measure with the handicapped of various nosological groups taking part in it.
 
These measures were approved in gym and outdoor stadium conditions, testifying to their versatility.
 
The existing in the practice of physical activity system of conducting sports mass festivals with the handicapped is of generalized character and is mostly focused on the certain nosological category of the handicapped.
 
The worked and approved technology of conducting of sports festival based on the socially-integrated approach can be effectively applied as one of new forms of social integration and rehabilitation of the handicapped.
