Health physical culture for female university teachers in the conditions of distance learning

Objective of the study was to identify the organizational bases for the implementation of the method of health-improving physical culture of female teachers using streaming technologies in distance learning.
Methods and structure of the study. Pedagogical analysis was carried at the Ulyanovsk State University of Education in the period from 2019 to 2021. It was attended by women teachers of the Faculty of History and Philology, consisting of 24 people, aged 35 to 40 years. The experimental group (12 people) practiced according to the proposed method of health-improving physical culture with elements of fitness based on streaming technologies in a live broadcast mode with an instructor. In the control group (12 people), the methodology of health-improving physical culture was also carried out using streaming technologies, including worksheets with health-improving aerobics complexes, recommendations and exercise schemes, and training videos. Classes were held without the personal participation of the instructor.
Results and conclusions. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, women teachers of the experimental group showed significant positive differences in control tests: VC - by 2.13%; RR at rest - by 29.9%; carpal dynamometry - by 12.6%; weight and height index - by 14.4%; muscle mass - by 11.3%; fat mass - by 35.0%. The systematic improvement of the studied indicators in the EG clearly showed the effectiveness of the method of health-improving physical culture of female teachers using streaming technologies.
