Experimental online endurance training model for mature joggers in self-isolation period

Abstract
Objective of the study was to test benefits of an online endurance training model for mature joggers in self-isolation period.
Methods and structure of the study. We sampled for the online training model testing experiment joggers (n = 40, with equal gender split) aged 40 years on average. The group trainings were managed using the Zoom toolkit with the individual progresses tested by Strava application software with a range of electronic gadgets (watches, fitness bracelets etc.) to track the health/ fitness variation parameters.
Results and conclusion. The new online endurance training model for mature joggers was found beneficial in many aspects, including the distant training process management and progress tests. The cyclical trainings were tested to improve the physical and functional fitness, activity and mood of the sample.
