Sociological analysis of problem situations in trainer's work with junior handballers

The purpose of the present research was to reveal the difficulties arising in trainers in work with junior handball players on the earliest stages of formation of their mastership. There was carried out a questionnaire of 23 experts. It was supposed to allocate not more than 3 qualities most difficult in formation of physical, technical, tactical, psychological and game trainings. The questionnaire included the questions on general intelligence of junior players.
 
The data on industriousness adduced by trainers are astounding in comparison of indices of psychological training. On the early training stage trainers did not give homework and thus had no issues to players regarding its non-fulfillment. In the groups of the 12-13-year-olds players ignore trainers' instructions on additional training outside training, in the number of all difficulties for trainers this index amounted to 21 %.
 
Improvement of behavior in game is remarkable: female handballers are less confused in case of game loss (from 31 to 17 %), they improved their ability to get ready for the game having decreased the percentage of remarks from 24 to 14 %. The hope for considerable improvement of game preparedness has not been justified. Trainers see all the difficulties in 12-13-year-old players and in very young ones that must be corrected. These are effectiveness of throws (from 36 to 27 %), a lot of giveaways (from 28 to 29 %) and incorrect situation assessment (from 18 to 21 %). The players have become a little more confident on the shooting position.
 
The process of teaching handball players on the stage of initial training should be realized in view of their age features. It is necessary to pay special attention to mastering of accuracy of passes and ball catching, select exercises developing tactical thinking for the skill to form tactical combinations with the use offeint. On this stage trainers paied attention to weak psychological and intellectual preparedness. 
 
While programming training on the initial stage it is necessary to take into account the allocated by the researchers strengths and weaknesses of mastership components.
