Coping with Hydrophobia among Students

The purpose of the research was to develop techniques to help student engaged in swimming training cope with hydrophobia.
In the study at the beginner stage of swimming training, the researchers developed techniques to help students cope with hydrophobia.
Particular attention is drawn to the mandatory individual approach to each student, for students have many fears.
Owing to the data obtained during the survey the proposed guidelines can be recommended for the educational process of swimming classes to improve the higher school course "Physical Education" and future prospects of research in this area of expertise can be determined.
