The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the educational and sports potential of professionally applied physical culture in the formation of personal qualities of future managers.
Methodology and organization of the study. The analysis of scientific information on the research problem was carried out, the source base was publications posted in the scientific electronic library elibrary.ru.
Results of the study and conclusions. Effective implementation of the educational and sports potential of professionally applied physical culture in the formation of personal qualities of future managers is based on the means of applied training and sports culture. Professionally applied physical culture of the future manager is a significant element of the educational program, which forms the basis of his physical and psychological well-being, and also reveals the possibilities of demonstrating the professional competencies of effective managers. The educational environment lays the investment foundation for health, personal growth and determines the strategic orientation of the civilization of future leaders.
