Conversion of sports training elements into the educational space of physical education of SMG students

Introduction. One of the promising directions is the scientifically based concept of sportization of physical education in order to improve the functioning of the kinesiological potential of a person through the implementation of the conversion of elements of sports training into the practice of physical education of various segments of the population [1, 2].
The purpose of the study is to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of the implementation of the conversion of individual elements of sports training into the educational space of physical education of students of a special medical group (A).
The methodology and organization of the study. The scientific work was attended by students of the 1st-3rd year (126 students) The Northwestern Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
In the course of the study, the conversion of some elements and principles of sports training was tested: waviness and variability, psychophysiological adequacy of physical activity, as well as the planning of cyclic training. During 4 semesters, students of a special medical group in academic and extracurricular activities planned their physical activity based on the optimization of heart rate (HR) indicators, based on the recommendations of doctors and the basics of recreational physical culture (maximum heart rate values 140-145 beats/min). The principles of sports training in the educational space of physical education were implemented on the basis of conditions: daily physical activity, gradual increase in load, by regulating volume or intensity, maintaining undulation during the day, weekly and mesocycle.
The results of the study and their discussion. The dynamics of physical fitness indicators over the four semesters had a steady tendency to improve, especially the results of aerobic endurance and coordination increased. The obtained values are consistent with those known in the literature, the following physical qualities are least amenable to change: flexibility, since at this age its sensitivity is suppressed, as well as strength and speed due to the exclusion of types of physical activity from the program in accordance with the limitations of SMG students.
Coordination abilities, as an initially lagging quality in SMG students, increases in progression if appropriate influences are applied (see Table).
Conclusion. In the course of the study conducted in the period from 2021-2024 with students of a special medical group, the conversion of the principles of sports training: waviness and variability, psychophysiological adequacy of physical activity, as well as the planning of cyclic training showed its effectiveness in the positive dynamics of the growth rate of physical fitness.
