Continuous professional education of a physical education teacher of higher education based on the principle of polystructure

Objective of the study was to scientific substantiation of the pedagogical model of continuous professional education of physical education teachers based on the principle of polystructural pedagogical activity.
Methods and structure of the study. A polystructural model of continuous professional development has been developed, including five constructive blocks of pedagogical activity: program, development, organizational, process, and communicative. Expert assessment of the model's effectiveness was carried out on the fundamental basis of a constructive approach.
Results and conclusions. The developed model of continuous education of young teachers, based on the levels of constructive stratification, ensures the transition from fragmented trajectories of self-education to a system of advanced training aimed at achieving professional mobility and labor motivation. The use of pedagogical activity constructs in processes related to the preparation of personnel reserves scales corporate mobility and professional motivation and ensures the implementation of the strategy of advanced development in the structure of professional training of a physical education teacher. The severity of the connections between the technological modification of pedagogical concepts and the level of professionalism of the teacher indicates the processes of integration of substantive and technological components in solving the problems of continuous education of a physical education teacher of higher education.
