Pedagogical conditions for the development of personal maturity of future physical education teachers

Objective of the study was to development and justification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of personal maturity of future physical education teachers.
Methods and structure of the study. The study uses a comprehensive approach to diagnosing the personal maturity of future teachers, which made it possible to obtain significant indicators of the personal qualities of students: the ability to self-reflect, the ability to build a semantic map of their professional activities. The research base is the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Yelets State University named after I.A. Bunin» (Lipetsk Region). For the process of designing the experimental work, two main groups of pedagogical conditions for the development of personal maturity of a future physical education teacher were identified: subjective and objective.
Results and conclusions. The problem of developing the personal maturity of a future physical education teacher is highly relevant, since it contributes to further successful professional activity. The obtained empirical data leave potential for expanding the methods of intensifying the process of developing personal maturity, in particular, creating conditions for pedagogical mentoring, coaching or tutoring, implementing a shift towards individual learning trajectories will allow achieving a higher percentage of personal maturity of graduates - future teachers.
