Objective of the study was to identify the dynamics of indicators of deviant behavior of athletes in the educational and training process.
Methods and structure of the study. Athletes from the educational and training group took part in the experiment, pedagogical observation, analysis of literary sources, pedagogical experiment, and statistical data processing (SPSS, version 20) were carried out. A pilot study of an experimental group with signs of deviant behavior was organized - 14 people.
Results and conclusions. In the process of the pedagogical experiment, to correct the deviant behavior of athletes in the experimental group, the following were used: trainings on the formation of social experience, business games on developing a responsible attitude towards building one’s sports career, conversations aimed at depopularizing fake news, trainings on improving interaction skills outside the sports environment and the formation of social - adequate behavior. Athletes in the experimental group had a decrease in the level of propensity for deviant behavior in terms of such indicators as: socially conditioned, self-harming, aggressive, dependent, pre-illegal. Models of behavior have been formed in which deviant behavior of athletes is practically eliminated. The high level of communication interaction between coaches, teachers, educators and athletes that is being built makes it possible to increase the degree of correlation effectiveness of deviant behavior of athletes.
