Implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions in the process of forming students sports culture based on the integration of educational and sports activities

Introduction. The management of the formation of students' sports culture is determined, on the one hand, by the effectiveness of the interaction of its structural and functional components as a pedagogical system, on the other hand, by improving the quality of the implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions in the process of integration of educational and sports activities [1-3].
The purpose of the study is to theoretically develop and experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of the implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions in the process of forming students' sports culture.
Methodology and organization of the study. To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions in a controlled educational process, methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific, methodological and psychological and pedagogical literature, empirical modeling, and analytical forecasting were used.
Research results and their discussion. The following psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of students' sports culture have been identified and consistently implemented: 1) The development of students' self-awareness is applicable to their self-image as a set of individual and personal characteristics in relation to themselves as a subject of sports, goals, objectives, content and results of sports activities in the process of developing self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-determination; 2) formation of sports motivation (needs, motives, attitudes) and sports character (volitional properties and personality qualities) in relation to educational, training, purposeful and independent sports activities; 3) education of a positive value attitude to physical, mental and physical development; social health and a healthy lifestyle, a chosen sport sports and sports lifestyle; 4) integration of educational and sports activities, taking into account high-quality self-education of individual cognitive interests, needs, motives, value-semantic orientations, attitudes to the implementation of future professional activities of students. Conclusions. Thus, it should be concluded that the implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions based on the integration of educational and sports activities has allowed to increase the qualitative level of development of the sports culture of the personality of students.
