Formation of a system of continuous education as the basis for professional and personal development of trainers of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports

Objective of the study was to justify the need to form a system of continuous education in the field of physical culture and sports.
Results and conclusions. The main goal of forming a system of continuing education is to create conditions for constant updating and replenishment of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for successful professional self-realization.
Improving the mechanism of targeted practice-oriented training for workers in the field of physical culture and sports using various forms of this training, assessing the level of qualifications, the quality of educational processes and motivational tools is intended to help the employer provide a holistic systemic process of continuing education aimed at developing and improving professional competencies and personal development using new technologies and the most promising technical means.
