Introduction. Solving the problem of the correct assimilation of physical activity by the body (FN) – the formation of fitness and the prevention of overtraining without the use of practical digital means of medical and pedagogical control of physical activity dosing is impossible [1-2].
The purpose of the study is to explore the possibilities of operational monitoring of training load (TN) in terms of the marginal effectiveness of the tolerance of FNL.
Methodology and organization of the study. A group of practically healthy football players aged 14-16 (28 people) who are at the third stage of sports training was examined. The entire process of operational monitoring, testing, registration, processing and analysis of data was carried out directly during training sessions using the hardware and software complex "Maxipuls" and a chest sensor for electrocardiogram registration. All subjects were tested at the same time. The load was set according to the standard protocol of the maximum field 20‑meter shuttle test (beep test) with a stepwise increase in the speed of movement. The obtained indicators of physical performance, FN tolerance: performance, efficiency during the exercise and recovery period were used to create a digital model of an athlete, which was used for a comparative analysis in real time of training. The calculation of the parameters of external work during the training session was performed by an integrated video intelligence system using a 1080HD camera.
At the same time, the indicator of the physiological cost of maximum work during the stress test was used for comparative monitoring of the tolerability of training load in order to predictively analyze the achievement and duration of maximum performance retention in the process of native training or competitive activities.
The results of the study and conclusions. Thus, the operational monitoring of native TN in terms of the maximum efficiency of tolerability significantly simplifies the control and management of the training process. It is assumed that further study of the revealed patterns will help to uncover the physiological mechanisms involved in the process of overcoming physical exertion, and use the possibilities of digital monitoring to improve the effectiveness and safety of sports training.
