Objective of the study was to identify significant relationships between markers of exercise tolerance and the dynamics of the time series (TS) of the cardiorhythmogram (CRG) during different periods of the stress test.
Methods and structure of the study. A sample (26 people, 19-24 years old) of athletes of cyclic sports with a high level of physical performance was studied. The sequential TS of cardiointervals (CI) of the stress test (bicycle ergometry, individual protocol [1-6]) was divided into periods: pre-start (PS); start (ST); followed by minute-by-minute loading and recovery periods. The CRG of each period was linearly modeled.
Results and conclusions. In terms of the rate of change in heart rate, the 2nd and 3rd minutes of stress have the greatest possible significance for the forecast, characterized by a high level of connections with the recovery period and the maximum load endured. In terms of CI duration, the pre-launch and start periods demonstrate the greatest significance for prognosis. They have the maximum number of strong and moderate connections with all periods of the stress test and the maximum load transferred.
Based on the rate of variability and duration of CI, the 1st minute of recovery can be a predictor of the entire recovery period.
