Objective of the study was to identify cardiointervalographic characteristics of e-sportsmen in the post-competition period.
Methods and structure of the study. 24 athletes took part in the scientific work, of which 12 were cybersportsmen and 12 athletes of various sports, who were students of the Faculty of Physical Culture of the National Research TSU. The age of all participants corresponded to the period from 18 to 23 years. The state of the functional reserves of the athletes' body during the recovery period after stressful situations was studied.
A comparative analysis of cardiointervalographic characteristics was carried out among e-sportsmen in the post-competition period and students in the post-session period.
Results and conclusions. In the post-competition period, the body of esports athletes remains in a state of high stress, there is a noticeable increase in the tension of the body’s regulatory processes, and the centralization of heart rhythm control increases due to the activation of the sympathetic department of the ANS.
