Objective of the study was to conduct a comparative analysis of the kinematic characteristics on the example of the execution of the nerio-chaga strike by WTF taekwondo athletes of different sports qualifications.
Methods and structure of the study. The experiment was conducted with the participation of taekwondo WTF martial arts athletes in the amount of 12 athletes of different sports qualifications, who performed a nerio-chaga strike at a maximum speed of three repetitions at a training session. To register the kinematic characteristics of motor actions, the Wimu Pro system, Spain, was used, the sensor of which was attached to the posterior surface of the soleus muscle of the "strike-far" leg.
Results and conclusions. Athletes of different sports qualifications are characterized by different kinematic characteristics, presented on the example of a Nerio-chaga strike. The maximum angular velocity during the execution of the nerio-chaga strike is significantly higher for athletes of the level of a master of sports, compared with a candidate for a master of sports. The obtained differences indicate a higher level of speed-strength fitness of highly qualified athletes.
