Objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of exercises performed in conditions of an unstable force field on the effectiveness of the technical training of highly qualified ski jumpers.
Methods and structure of the study. The pedagogical experiment was attended by eight highly qualified ski jumpers who are members of the Russian national team (3 Masters of Sports, 3 Masters of Sports of Russia of international class, 2 Honored Masters of Sports of Russia), which was held from 2021 to 2023. The assessment of the influence of three sets of exercises performed under conditions of an unstable force field on the jump technique (number of errors) was carried out by the methods of expert assessment and self-assessment.
Results and conclusions. We grouped the exercises performed under conditions of an unstable force field into three complexes: exercises performed under conditions of an unstable support, exercises with an unstable weight movement trajectory, and exercises with an unstable weight movement trajectory performed on an unstable support. The use of these sets of exercises had a positive impact on the effectiveness of the technical training of highly qualified ski jumpers. The number of technical errors made by athletes in various phases of ski jumping has statistically significantly decreased.
Keywords: ski jumping, technical training, errors in the technique of ski jumping, exercises performed in conditions of an unstable force field.
