Introduction. Unusual working conditions, high psychoemotional loads have a negative impact on the health of representatives of the acting profession.
The purpose of the study is to design a method of motor coordination training of actors at the university, taking into account the associated solution of professionally significant educational and recreational tasks.
Methodology and organization of the study. Pedagogical testing, analysis, structuring, designing methods of motor and coordination training of actors at the university. 43 students of the Acting department took part in the research.
The results of the study and their discussion. The analysis of the means available in the arsenal of physical education made it possible to determine their composition, which is the closest to solving research problems. Three groups of funds were allocated – rhythmoplastic, wellness and developmental-correctional. The first group consisted of complexes of plot-role rhythmic gymnastics and rhythmoplastic sketches and compositions. Rhythmic gymnastics of a plot character, in turn, is represented by a variety of physical exercises and additional means of creating an artistic image (facial expressions, gestures, pantomime, poses) [1].
Respiratory gymnastics and oriental bodily practices are attributed to health–improving means. On the basis of the respiratory gymnastics of Strelnikova A. N., necessary to maintain the work of the actor's vocal cords, the prevention of colds, complexes of breathing exercises were developed to the music of dance-coordination and strength orientation. From among the eastern wellness practices, preference is given to the exercise complexes of Japanese (according to the method of K. Nishi) and Tibetan ("Eye of Rebirth") gymnastics [2].
The third group of developmental and correctional means included gymnastics: stretching, articular, for the spine, bodyflex.
Conclusion. The totality of the methods used in the process of motor coordination training (general pedagogical, physical education, musical and motor education, health improvement) allows us to solve educational and health-improving tasks together.
