The purpose of the study is to identify the conditions for the development of sports achievements of law universities’ students.
Methodology and organization of the study. 1200 students of law universities from Krasnoiarsk, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude (9 universities in total) participated in the study. A questionnaire survey is used as the research methodology. It makes possible to judge the strategy for the formation of sports achievements. The trans-symbolic analysis is used for the data analysis.
Study results and Conclusions. Their irrational nature is revealed, which allows building a strategy of young people’s sports achievements at the level of intuition. The form and context differ depending on the vectors of sports achievements’ development.The irrationality of the formation of a strategy for sports achievements, on the one hand, complicates the formalization of the process of motivating young people for sports achievements, on the other hand, it expands the ways of working with those who are aimed at sports achievements.
