Objective of the study was to substantiate the possibility of constructing personalized trajectories of motor activity of students based on the parameters of cardiac rhythmography.
Methods and structure of the study. To substantiate the construction of personalized trajectories of motor activity of students based on the parameters of heart rate variability (HRV), students of the Higher School of Physical Culture and Sports of the Yugra State University, Khanty-Mansiysk (n=61, mean age - 20.5±1.4 years) were examined ) with different levels of physical activity. HRV parameters were recorded using the VNS-micro complex (Neurosoft company) at 5 min intervals: at rest - lying down, with an ortho test standing.
Results and conclusions. The influence of the level of motor activity on the parameters of the neurovegetative regulation of the heart rate during the load orthoprobe was revealed, which is due to a significantly greater decrease in rhythm variability due to a decrease in parasympathetic and increased sympathoadrenal activity, as well as a relatively reduced reactivity of the sympathetic regulation circuit in response to a stress stimulus in students who do not exercise professional sports compared to athletes. Objective indicators of neurovegetative regulation of cardiac rhythm can serve as the basis for building personalized trajectories of motor activity of students with different initial levels of functional state and reserve capabilities of the body.
