Objective of the study was to test competitive vestibular balance in different sports by cumulative rotation tests.
Methods and structure of the study. We sampled for the tests volunteers from different sports (n=130) and tested them for competitive vestibular balance by the following two cumulative rotation test methods using the Coriolis accelerations: (1) continuous cumulative rotation and (2) interval cumulative rotation.
Results and conclusion. The tests rated the individual cumulative rotation tolerance times and vestibular balance in the sample. The test data demonstrated a need for special psychological and physiological tests to rate the individual fitness and potential progress in some professional sports disciplines.
Keywords: vestibular balance, Coriolis acceleration, vestibular-vegetative disorders.
