Youth football in Siberian federal region: professional coaching service analysis

Objective of the study was to analyze the professional coaching service in every aspect by a questionnaire survey of youth football coaches.
Methods and structure of the study. We sampled for the questionnaire survey professional youth football coaches in the Siberian Federal Region. The questionnaire survey form of our design included 10 questions to rate every professional coaching service aspect. The questionnaire survey data mined in September 2020 through May 2021 were complemented by interviews and training service analyses.
Results and conclusion. The professional coaching service and youth football training service analysis found 50%-plus of the Siberian Federal Region sample having inadequate coaching experiences and the relevant omissions in the theoretical and practical training service, failures in theoretical and practical training discipline and underdeveloped individual professional coaching service styles needed to effectively design and manage the youth football progress.
