Olympic movement popularization model via information and telecommunication Internet technologies

Introduction. The history of the Olympic movement as a world cultural and sports event also reflects the evolution of information technologies. The introduction of various groups of the population of our country to the ideals and values of Olympism is a complex socio-pedagogical problem. Taking into account this situation, the problem of finding new forms, means, methods and approaches to attract attention, improve the perception of information, ensuring the increased interest of various groups of the population, especially young people, in the Olympic theme, comes to the fore.
The purpose of the research is to develop and experimentally substantiate a model of popularization of the Olympic movement through the use of information and telecommunications technologies of the Internet.
Methodology and organization of the study. The study was conducted in three stages. At the first stage, by analyzing the content of videos on various online platforms, it was possible to find out in what form the information should be provided to the user in order to attract his interest. At the second stage, a script was created, a video was shot and published on the service for creating and viewing short videos – "TikTok". At the third stage, it is planned to prepare new video scripts and publish video recordings at least 3 times a week.
The results of the study and their discussion. Facebook Instagram, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, social network "VKontakte", and other popular science videos are used to promote the Olympic movement through the information and telecommunications technologies of the Internet.The model is based on the publication of popular science videos on online platforms such as "TikTok", "Instagram", "YouTube", "Telegram", "VKontakte", and "Facebook".
After the publication of our video on the TikTok platform under the hashtag "Olympic movement" in the first day, it was viewed and positively evaluated by over 300 people. Now the hashtag "Olympic movement" has more than 4,000 views, which indicates the possibility of such services to reach a large audience with the problems of the Olympic movement.
Conclusion. Thus, the proposed model of popularization of the Olympic movement with the use of information and telecommunications technologies of the Internet network will create conditions for the attractiveness and accessibility of popular scientific information on Olympic topics, perform an educational function, promote familiarization with the ideals and values of Olympism of various socio-demographic groups of the population and, most importantly, help teachers and teachers of various educational institutions to speak the language of youth.
