Technical-tactical training of qualified kickboxers

Objective of the study was to conduct a comparative analysis of the blowing actions of kickboxers of the national teams of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Russia in terms of improving the methodology of technical-tactical training.
Methods and structure of the study. We analyzed the video recordings of the kickboxing championships of the Far Eastern Federal District, Yakutsk, 2020, and Russia, Yershovo rural locality (Moscow region), 2019 - a total of 22 competitive bouts - 11 athletes of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and 11 top ranked athletes of the Russian national team of the following lightweight categories: 51 kg, 54 kg, and 57 kg. 3 qualified judges of the Kickboxing Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were invited as experts to analyze the bouts by the parameters as follows: the number of attacks, the number of accurate blows with the hands, feet, and knees.
Results of the study and conclusions. In terms of the technical-tactical fitness and effectiveness of the basic blowing actions, the national team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was inferior to the national team of Russia.
It is recommended to improve the sports skills of the members of the national team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) by systematically involving them in all-Russian and international competitions.
