Objective of the present study was to conduct a theoretical and statistical analysis of managerial activity in the field of physical education and sports in the Krasnoyarsk Region and propose measures for its improvement.
Results of the study and conclusions. This paper presents an analysis of the activities in the field of physical education and sports in the Krasnoyarsk Region based on the documentary sources. It contains analytical materials in the following areas: modern forms of stimulation of working activity of experts in this field, social assistance for athletes and their trainers, directions of improvement of the field’s activity, professional standards, specialist training for the field of a new formation, scientific and methodological support of the field, modern management, training and retraining of experts in the field, introduction of the Russian Physical Culture and Sport Complex GTO. Based on the analysis of the above materials, we identified the main defects in the work of the field, drew the conclusions, drafted the plan for adjusting the field’s activity for the next five years.
