System approach to personal physical culture building technology for undergraduate students

Objective of the study was to scientifically substantiate the model of interaction within the system "teacher-student" in the academic educational process geared to build personal physical culture in bachelor students based on the system approach.
Methods and structure of the study. It was found that the formation of personal physical culture of students in the process of university education based on the system approach is a pedagogical process aimed at the comprehensive development and formation of the personality under the influence of physical exercises, cultivation of motivation for motor activity, ensuring the realization of individual physiological needs, social activity, acquisition of the skills of self-development, self-improvement and self-realization. The system approach enabled to substantiate, develop and implement the "teacher-student" interaction model, consisting of specified blocks and criteria that determine the results and effectiveness of the study process.
Study results and conclusions. The study made it possible to determine the components of the educational process in the disciplines that contribute to the effective formation of personal physical culture of bachelor students, providing theoretical and practical training with the acquisition of the necessary motor skills, rational use of the physical education means and methods contributing to the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge about the foundations for physical education, self-organization of own activities.
