Objective of the study was to give design substantiations for the project design of a regional Children’s and Youth Academy (CYA) for adaptive health education, physical, spiritual and ethical education of the younger population. As a result of the study, a few sample frame models of the CYA (and other relevant institution) activity were offered with the education governed by rhythmic principle customised to the biorhythm types and classified by daily and yearly education periods. Yearly education period was designed to include four clearly determined (in nature and humans) cycles or activity rhythms. The CYA education was classified by the contents, specifics and trainees compositions into 5-level system referred to as “anthropoculture”.
In opinion of the authors, a new biorhythmic profile formation (in response to the current needs) may be interpreted as a sort of bodily biological protection from negative impacts on the one hand and effective lifestyle building on the other hand under heavy burdens of the educational and social loads in extreme environmental conditions. In practical aspect, the statutory goals of the Academy are designed to prevent and correct health conditions via the adaptive health improvement and building education.
Keywords: Children’s and Youth Academy, health improvement system, phenotypic adaptation, microcosm, bio-energy-information exchange, constitution typing approach, “anthropoculture”.
