The study argues that competitive successes largely depend on the training process design and, therefore, the ways to improve efficiency of training models need to be given a growing priority. One of the key goals in the process is to develop and offer efficient athletic training models applicable in the advanced education system (AES) for both sporting and non-sporting specialities. Objective of the study was to step up the athletes’ competitive motivations by an efficient training process design and management model. The empirical study data and analyses showed that a reasonably designed and managed training system is pivotal for success. Most of the athletes were found to rethink their sport agendas and show progress in their training and competitive motivations as verified by the growing motor intensity and training process efficiency in every study group associated with competitive successes in different-level events.
