Objective of the study was to analyse practical designs of the beginner single figure skating motor skills mastering models. The study data obtained in an educational process experiment gave the grounds to state the following: the figure skating motor skills mastering and competitive progress may be secured by the differentiating and integrating approach in the figure skating motor skills mastering process. The sets of physical exercises designed to improve specific physical fitness aspects were found beneficial as verified by the considerable and multisided improvements in the athletes’ skills and fitness.
