The problem of physical fitness of football players in the season is one of the most crucial ones. The season lasts over 9 months so it is very hard to keep fit all the time.
The problem can be settled within the frameworks of the new approaches - development of local muscular endurance, i.e. intensification of oxidatory muscle tissues and increase of the mitochondrial mass in glycolitic muscle fibers.
The interval speed training stipulated for regular activation of high threshold motor units, therefore glycolitic muscle fibers start accumulating in mitochondria. The statistic change of the maximal anaerobic strength in the experimental group was caused by the use of strength statodynamic exercises.
Female football players must have their oxygen consumption increased substantially at the level of anaerobic threshold and maximum oxygen consumption.
The use of strength statodynamic exercises and the interval speed and strength trainings promotes significant increase of the local strength endurance, displayed in the growth of the maximal anaerobic strength and oxygen consumption at the level of anaerobic threshold and maximum oxygen consumption.
