Efficiency of the physical education and sports activity is determined by the integrated support of physical and spiritual-moral training of children, adolescents and young students. Creation of various educational situations during physical exercises promotes the capabilities of settling a set of educative goals with its gradual and consequent complication. The educative value of physical culture and sports methods is obtained by the constant mastering spiritual-moral skills in different situations and environment.
The purpose of the study was theoretical and methodological approval of the new form of physical education and sports activity, interesting for children, adolescents and young students.
The findings of the educational experiment proved the advisability of using the suggested model of sports activity of children, adolescents and young students, based on the regular development and enhancement of intellectual qualities as a key aspect of human social and biological development. The methods of physical culture and sport are taken as an instrument of formation of mental parameters of activity in specially organized educational conditions. Their efficiency consists in the manifestation of moral-volitional and moral qualities at the higher level.
