Construction of Educational Model of Effectivization of Dance Training of Girls Involved in Sports Aerobics Based on the Use of Cheerleading Methods

Effective basic training of female athletes in sports aerobics requires first of all: musical- rhythmic training aimed at improvement of musical abilities of the ones who train and precise motor-rhythmic actions of varying complicacy. Dance training is a set of dancing exercises using basic steps meant to strengthen the lower body muscles. It improves the cardiovascular system and helps to get rid of excess calories. Depending on the style of dance its varieties can be distinguish, such as: hip-hop, latin, top-rock, modern jazz, folk dances. In fact, dance training is based on a particular dance style, which movements are associated with a series of exercises and elements of the contemporary choreography.
Dance training is aimed at revealing dance and artistic abilities of a young athlete. Adaptation of children in the world of dance is of special importance. Here one should use such techniques as playing short plastic combinations, scenes, listening to music, which contribute to proper integration into the sphere of dance. The authors consider that the cheerleading methods included in the dance training in sports aerobics can improve athletes’ dance level, since it combines the elements of choreography, acrobatics and callisthenics.
The purpose of the study was theoretical substantiation to justify theoretically improve the pedagogical model of dance training for young athletes engaged in sports aerobics based on the use of elements of cheerleading.
The teaching model of dance training enables extending the scope of set perceptions in the training of female aerobists, complementing the classes with nontraditional forms of dance training with cheerleading methods, as well as extend the ideas of young female athletes on the value of sports occupations, show the necessity of creative community of students and trainers to improve effectiveness of training sessions.
