Content analysis in modern pedagogical research on physical education and sports

The purpose of the study is to identify the features of using the content analysis method in modern pedagogical research on physical culture and sports.
Methodology and organization of research. The experience of using the content analysis method in scientific research is conducted and summarized. The source base was made up of publications posted on the platforms cyberleninka.ru , elibrary.ru .
Research results and conclusions. It has been established that content analysis, due to the variable capabilities of its tools, is an interdisciplinary method that is successfully applied in various scientific fields, including sports pedagogy. Along with this, the integration capabilities of this method are noted, manifested in combination with other research procedures that allow for a comprehensive and contextual understanding of the pedagogical phenomenon or object being studied, as well as generating new holistic knowledge both in the field of pedagogy and in the field of physical culture and sports.
