Its role in the formation of theoretical, methodological and practical skills and abilities of bachelors and master's degree students, as well as for conducting classes in the student fitness club in extracurricular activities on the basis of self-management is determined. Based on the results of the student survey, the goal and objectives of training in the courses are determined, the most popular fitness programs are identified, and their content is adjusted. The rank structure of factors determining the feasibility of developing practice-oriented training for students in the training courses for group fitness program instructors is determined. Fitness programs for training university students of their choice are developed and approved.
