The purpose of the study is to formulate a pedagogical concept of the practical use of the consequences of the use of restorative drugs (restorative effect) in the process of training an athlete and to specify the conditions for its effective implementation.
Methodology and organization of the study. The scientific work was carried out as part of the fulfillment of the state task of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. The subjects were 135 qualified athletes of four sports. The research methods were: a) as restorative means – massage, magnetic laser stimulation, electrical stimulation; b) as means of recording the parameters of athletes' activity – methods for assessing biochemical, functional, biomechanical and physical parameters. The methods of generalization, grouping, statistics, and formalization were also used as research methods. In each sport, there were control and experimental groups that participated in one-year pedagogical experiments.
The results of the study and conclusions. At the end of the experiments, it was noted that the use of restorative drugs had a positive effect on athletes of all groups in all evaluated indicators, except biomechanical ones, which varied in different directions and levels [1, 2]. The efforts of the coaches to take into account the recorded changes in the capabilities of the athletes of the experimental groups in their training processes were associated with great analytical and methodological difficulties [3]. As a result, the analysis of intergroup differences showed the advantage of experimental groups (at the level of p0.05) in the success of their training load. The obtained results allowed us to formulate the pedagogical concept of the restorative effect in the following form: the achievement of new capabilities of an athlete after the use of restorative means is expressed in the form of a restorative effect and determines its transformation into the pedagogical plane in the form of justified individual changes in the training load of a particular athlete. The main conditions for the successful implementation of this concept are specified: 1) determination of informative indicators for assessing the current functional, biomechanical and other capabilities of an athlete, taking into account his individual characteristics, type of sport, stage of sports training; 2) knowledge by the coach of both ranges of changes in informative indicators of an athlete after rehabilitation measures, and determination of the logical connection of these ranges with the new planned training loads of an athlete; 3) regular work of the coach to improve his information and analytical skills.
