Objective of the study was to improving the educational process of students at the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications based on the principle of sportization using bullet shooting training methods.
Methods and structure of the study. The results of target shooting of students in the shooting range of the Siberian State University named after M.F. Reshetnev, as well as the analysis of neuropsychic stress were analyzed. The methodology was developed based on consultations with trainers and teachers of student sports sections on target shooting, as well as employees of the Center for Testing Standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex «Ready for Labor and Defense». The experimental methodology for teaching target shooting was implemented from 2020 to 2023 for students of the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications. The experimental verification of the study was carried out over 3 years. In total, over 50 students took part in the study.
Results and conclusions. The effectiveness of the educational process of students of the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications based on the principle of sportization using the methodology of teaching bullet shooting has been proven. It has been experimentally confirmed that the developed methodology of teaching bullet shooting has a positive effect on the formation of the sports result and psychological preparedness of students who have not previously been involved in this sport. The study found that the study and improvement of elements of this sport at the university, an increase in the number of hours of general and special physical training, participation in competitions contribute to an increase in the sports result of students.
