Implementation of a healthy lifestyle in professional training of management staff

Objective of the study was to scientific substantiation of pedagogical conditions for mastering healthy lifestyle competencies by students of management specialties through the integrated use of operational tools of physical education.
Methods and structure of the study. The analysis of participation of 146 management students aged 19,2±0,5 years in the educational model of physical education with a health focus was performed. The value rationality of the physical education structure is set by the allocation of modules that determine the subject tasks of the discipline. The effectiveness of the conditions for the integrated functioning of the modules is determined by the dynamics of the level of development of students physical qualities.
Results and conclusions. The pedagogical conditions for mastering healthy lifestyle competencies by students are: modularity of solving subject problems; implementation of the systematic formation of mobilization competencies for self-assessment of health; planning and control of the functional state, including the development, correction and compensation of physical qualities.
