Objective of the study was to empirical identification and definition of motor predictors of prognosis and possibilities of individual implementation of technical actions in different types of starts in paraswimmers with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD).
Methods and structure of the study. The methods of surface and underwater video filming of the main phases of the start of highly qualified paraswimmers, semi-structured interviews with coaches and paraswimmers were used. 243 video recordings of the starts of the Russian Paralympic Swimming Team swimmers, implemented at the UTM in 2024, were analyzed.
Results and conclusions. The motor predictors-deviations as a subject of the trainer's pedagogical influence in the formation of individual technique of starts of paraswimmers are revealed. The possibilities and acceptable methods of correction/compensation of the quality of elements of technique of starts of paraswimmers with MSD are determined.
