Introduction. Currently, the system of introductory examination of the level of preparedness [1] of students for the development of additional professional programs is poorly developed in the system of additional professional education of trainers-teachers. During the pandemic, digital methods of teaching and evaluating the success of students' activities began to actively develop. Based on this, the authors have developed a system of comprehensive and introductory assessment of the level of objective and subjective readiness of trainers-teachers [2, 3] to master programs and modules on early physical development of preschoolers.
The purpose of the study is to assess the level of readiness of trainers–teachers to master and implement programs for the integrated physical development of preschoolers in the DPO system.
Methodology and organization of the study. The experiment was attended by more than 124 coaches-teachers – listeners of the early physical development program for children in Moscow aged from one to seven years on the basis of coordination exercises and 15 experts from among the university teaching staff, representatives of the administration of sports organizations and federations and highly qualified trainers-methodologists. The study took place in the form of expert assessment and testing using digital technologies in the period from September 2023 to May 2024.
The results of the study and their discussion. At the first stage, coaches-teachers enrolled in a program dedicated to training coaches to work in early development groups were offered to conduct a trial session in a similar group or a parent+ child group in their sports organization, after which they took an online anxiety assessment test, and send a video recording to the expert group. The results of the study showed that the overall level of preparedness on a scale from 0 to 10 for young coaches was 3.3± 0.11, for experienced coaches 4.2± 0.3, which refers to a level below average values. At the same time, on the Hamilton scale, all trainers and teachers noted general anxiety, guilt, anxiety expressed in speech, and an increased level of self-criticism, the young had a slight degree of arousal (1.07), and the experienced had a slight degree of inhibition (1.42). The revealed level showed the presence of barriers for trainers-teachers to work in early development groups, which confirmed the need for special training for this activity.
Conclusion. The analysis of the research results allowed us to determine the initial level of readiness of trainers-teachers to work in early childhood development groups and in parent+child groups, the very procedure of this assessment allowed them to motivate them to perceive the necessary information, and the recommendations given to experts made it possible to implement an individual approach in the DPO system.
